repeated tries to reload the page did result in success, including a confirmation page that showed two payments scheduled successfully. But not going to do this again, dont want to accidentally submit requests for payment twice, and I'm going to have to make sure that the payments actually get made. Very unhappy with BofA at this point, given the problems they had just a few weeks ago.
