Nice little speech. And uneducated huh, that's also nice. And if management doesn't roll the dice the tell me how one person with a masters degree will get paid 7.45 while a new hire, doing the same job, will get paid 8.85? Sounds fishy to me, but that's just me. But of course Walmart is the height of all fairness and equality among its employees. Especially whenever 80% of Walmart employees are on government benefits, and by no fault of their own. But uneducation must be making those numbers up. Not to mention the drastic cut in hours, all to make the bottom line for each store look good, but I must be mistaken about that. What about the limited number of full time employees that each store can have, but I must be wrong on that. And let's not forget the little rumor about the forced retirement of older employees so they can cut the tax hike coming in 2013, but that must be rumor. And don't worry, I don't think I'm great, those are your words. I just feel that the employees deserve just a little extra scraps from the Walton table, just a few, you know, so we can feed our families without using a ebt card, but that's just me I guess. As for the great and wonderful opportunities that Walmart offers, which I fail to see any, must be eluding my uneducated eye. As for the numerous other employers I didnt realize that the workforce was so saturated with work or I would have left long ago. As for earning my place that I do agree with you on, it's just to bad that doesn't happen at Walmart. And just for a little info when I started I was full of energy, positivity and determination. If this was going to be my life then I was going to make it work. My attitude was forged by Walmart and the way they choose to treat employees. Silver platter, nice touch. I had to pawn my silver jut to buy some Christmas presents. Thankfully the quartet bonus from Walmart (12.05) was able to fill my tank enough to make it to work for the several 4 and 3 1/2 hour shifts.
