MY NAME IS APRIL KRAMER, AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOG ONTO YOUR WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE PAYMENTS TO MY CREDIT CARD BILL SINCE THE LAST TIME I DID SO, ABOUT A MONTH AGO. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM, AND IT IS NOT DUE TO MY WINDOWS SOFTWARE, ETC. YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY THE BILL. I WANT TO PAY THE BILL. I NEED TO DO SO VIA THE INTERNET, DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE. YET TIME AFTER TIME EVER SINCE I HAVE RECEIVED THIS CARD THE WEBSITE IS UNAVAILABLE. IT PORTRAYS ME AS A NEGLIGENT CARDHOLDER, UNWILLING TO PAY MY BILL WHICH IS NOT TRUE. HOWEVER, I FIND IT SICK THAT CHASE REPEATEDLY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT ME, LEAVING VOICEMAILS "REMINDING" ME THAT MY BILL IS OVERDUE!!!!!! AS IF I AM FAILING TO BE A RESPONSIBLE CARDHOLDER!!!!!!!!!I AM DISGUSTED TO ALSO HAVE TO ABSORB A ******* LATE FEE DUE TO YOUR INCAPACITY. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT AGREE TO HAVING YOUR LATRE FEE FORCED ONTO TO ME AND MY CREDIT RATING SCORE, AS ULTIMATELY, UNLESS I MAKE AN ALTERNATE CHOICE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY THIS BILL WHILE YOUR SERVICES CONTINUE TO BE DYSFUNCTIONAL AND UNAVAILABLE.
