Can no longer send pix from cell to email. Anyone else??

Ft. Lauderdale area: Can no longer send pictures from cell phone to home (or others) emails. No problem doing this until 3 months ago. Others say they can't either. Using LG phone, Iphones, Samsung phones. Same problem. Is anyone else having this issue?
