Unable to pay mortgage on line

This same problem happened last month.  I previously used www.yourwellsfargomortgage.com and never had a problem until last month.  When I called last month to complain that it wasn't allowing me to pay my mortage on-line, I was told by a rep not to use that website address & use www.wellsfargo.com.  Well, I tried the new website address this month & still a problem.  Also, when I call the on-line banking number, it doesn't recognize my loan #....what the heck is going on????   I finally get a rep on the phone & I was finally able to pay my mortgage on-line.  The screen would show my personal bank to transfer the funds from, but I'd get a message that states "You currently have no eligible To account(s) for the From account you selected.  I asked the rep if they had a system update or new computer system, but he stated he's not aware of any changes.  Yeah right!!!   These system issues don't just pop up out of nowhere.  I'm so fed up with this BS.
