can't log in....for days!! Very frustrating!

Cant't log in for several days...since I use paperless features it is most annoying to not be able to access the website...how do I check statements in order to pay the bill?? will I still be charged late fees if I am late because I can't access web site? Have tried calling and the wait time is also extremely long!!!
