cannot log into my online account att website doest wotk for the past 8 weeks

Have been calling att tech support for the past 5 weeks , I cannot log onto my page to view my bills and cannot pay either online
the att log in does not work
Customer service cannot help - Tech support has kept on the phone for hours during past 3 weeks
Can anyone explain why the log in into the online account is not possible for the past 8 weeks
