Comcast email fix: read how to fix the problem

I had the same problem and this is how I fixed that: go to your Camcasr page and log in, then go to your mailbox. There, click on the "Preferences" tab and then on the next page click on the "Emai' logo. On the next page fint the line "Email Safe List" and click "edit" for that line. Then you may see that your square "Enable incoming email restrictions of my account" is marked - if it is marked, simply unmark it. That is it. It was the case of my problems and Comcast, while repairing the malfunction, simply marked my square to turn off my email, but they never unmarked that. I hope it will help. Take care.
