EMAIL: Can't log-in to get emails

Unable to connect to AT&T email server. Using Outlook. Has been working fine for a year. Now doesn't recognize my email-addr/password. Go to websitesmail.att.com - can't sign in. Change my PW and it says it's successful, try to sign in - not recognized. Gone thru this routine 3 times, same results.
