Been trying Chrome and IE, both latest versions for 10 days, zipp. Called Chase 1-800-SUCKER, transferred 3 times and finally told "We'll call you back." Uh huh! Friend in another part of the country has no problem. Nobody at Chase knows or wants to admit there is a problem.
