sending out group emails and only AOL recipients not receiving the messages and 2nd problem people sending me emails are getting their mail to me returned to them

I am an Account Manager on Scoutlander.Com and an AOL user. I send messages out through Scoutlander and everyone except AOL users
get the message. I don't even get my return message on group emails through Scoutlander.
I have had numerous people tell me my their email to me came back to them as undeliverable.
