Online/mobile banking won't allow login

asks me to log in but loads then either the mobile app closes unexpectedly (tried hard reset of phone and deleting/reflow loading app) OR the online banking website loads then goes right back into the login page as if I never typed anything. I haven't been able to log into my app in days.
