Email Details - Sender, Subject etc not displaying desktop

The details about the email do not display in the decktop software. No sender, subject, date, etc. Mail does not save to PC since 2/10. Display issue started about the same time. File did not load error. not indication what file. Data might display on the initial access to the mail box but disappears. Mail data displays in phone app and through AOL.com. Problem seems limited to AOL 9.8.2 software.
