Email still down on Firefox, but back on IE. Go figure!

Couldn't aceess my email on either Firefox or IE all day and night yesterday. This morning I CAN access email on IE but not Firefox. I'm assuming there's a Firefox setting or something that needs a change? I'm stumped at this point. But at least I can go to IE to check mail...Jeez man, what next? I want a discount on my next OBSCENE Comcast bill! (I know, dream on)
