Wells Fargo Rewards website down for maintenance for the past week

I have tried to log onto the Rewards site many times over the last week, and find that each time it says it is down for maintenance. I can't see that much maintenance being required, so am thinking this is a way to not have Rewards available to people. Not a way to have good relations with your clients.
