cant login sears card account

I've been trying for a few weeks, I just created the online account in December after paying by check/mail/stamp for a few months. Thought this would be more efficient! Now I have a late payment because I haven't been able to login, locked out. Thought i had set up auto payment in December, oops. Actually I can't check to see if I did set up auto payments, because I can't login, even with telephone support. They deleted my account so I could create a new one. Can't even get to the screen to create a new online profile today from computer at home or work.
