"Fix" of disabling SPAM filter doesn't work- Still no Comcast Email Recv.

Some sites report that the above is a temporary fix but it didn't work for me.  Sent myself email from outside and inside Comcast/Xfinity with no luck.  Outbound email works fine, just nothing inbound appears either in your inbox or in your SPAM folder.  Don't waste your time with this 'fix'.
