Videos not loading or continuing to play

All day long have had problems with videos either not wanting to start, or taking a very long time to start. On both PS3 & tablets.
If a video starts, in about a minute it will stop playing and gack and buffer / restart, then maybe start again in a few minutes.
YouTube & Amazon Video play fine with no issues.
