Can't logon. says my account is locked

I tried to log in to my account and it said my account was disabled for too many failed attempts on the first try. been on hold for at least 15 minutes so I imagine there is a widespread issue and lots of people are calling in. Wouldn't let me use the ATM earlier today either. I like BB&T but this is the second time in this year I've been locked out because of site issuues.
