Cant check out at shipping part of checkout

Everytime i get to choose your shipping address i get an error saying We're unable to retrieve updated delivery dates or complete checkout at this time. Please try again later. this is very frustrating as i can not go to the store and buy thesethings as theya re online only halloween stuff! Please fix your website wal mart youre losing a lot of money and forcing your customers to go to the competition
