Here's the email I **TRIED** to send them (easier to paste this than try to re-type what's going on): I'm extremely concerned. I tried calling 3 different toll-free numbers and after going through all of the pressing of numbers, I got a message saying, "please hang up and try your call again." ... What on earth?? Anyway, I placed an order this morning and never received an email confirmation. In the 10+ years I've been using Amazon, this has never happened. Also, the address I've used for years and years was all of a sudden "invalid"?? So I had to re-enter it, thus meaning I had to re-enter my credit card information (which I now really regret). The order seemed to go through after that, though. ADDITIONALLY, I applied a gift card to my account and it was accepted but when I tried to apply it to the order it said that there was a problem. I've experienced some really odd behavior lately and am concerned that the site is under attack. I realize that's probably a bit alarmist of me, but just wanted to check in. I would much rather speak with a customer service representative over the phone.  Oh my ... well now I'm convinced something is horribly wrong. I just tried to send this and got an error saying, "WE'RE SORRY. THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR E-MAIL. PLEASE TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES OR CONTACT US BY PHONE." What's going on???? :( Yikes ..
