Can't access my account

After their website kept failing as usual, called their incompetent customer service, but they couldn't solve the problem. Kept asking to clear the cache and try different browsers, but all were failing. I tried resetting, after getting more errors, was able to reset to a new password, but then after one login, it failed and I was bloked again!
When I told them that about their website not functioning and having problems, instead of admitting it, they tried to teach me how to use computers!
