I have been without Netflix for two days and showing me a code does give me any comfort. Why can't you just say what wrong and give us a time line so we at least know when it will be back on. I and also for the inconvenience your give me an extra month to make up for the lost of viewing time that I have paid for. Maybe I'll just go to one of the other services. I have told other people about Netflex but will not advertise for your company again.
