Can't login

yesterday, i tried to login to check my account and it kept telling me that my password was incorrect. I know my password. this is the 2nd time I've had this happen since I've been with BB&T. This morning, I called and got them to change my password for me, because it doesn't work when you try to change it online. Now, it's completely down and is not allowing me to logon at all. All browsers are saying "Access Denied" and that I do not have permission to access the page. It is not my wifi, nor is it my technology, because I have tried through wifi on my laptop, through wifi on my smartphone via browser and app, and on my smartphone using 4G using the browser and app. BB&T has been a real disappointment lately, it's time they step it up.
