Netflix is Down

Before show comes on, when checking link speed, gets to 00:00:04 then pop-up says "process timed out because the server could not be accessed". When click "Retry", necut pop-up says "The network is down." Internet browser and Hulu work fine on same Blu Ray device. Tried modem-router reboot as well as unplugging Blu Ray device.
