Unable to register for new account

I have new Wells Fargo bank account and want to open an Online account. I have been trying since last 3 days and getting "Please try again later. Wells Fargo Online® is temporarily unavailable. ". I had seen the same error when trying to create my online account at the bank. I have cleaned history, cleaned cookies, restarted browser, tried multiple browsers (chrome and safari) but nothing has worked. Please look into it.
