Online Login Rejection

Could not log in online to check my account activity. No explanation given, only a code making one believe that somehow I entered incorrect information, and therefore was denied access. Tried calling in on cellphone and after entering all my info, again was informed 'we are unable to process your request at this time'.
Seems if your system is down, a message should present stating the situation. Error Codes only mean something to PNC Bank, not the customer.
