Error while trying to get USED ID & IPIN

i have opened salary account in citi bank.my account got activated today morn.i know about that through the sms alert.but i could not able to get my used id and ipin after the second stage in my laptop,i.e.,after entering OTP and ATM PIN .,error which came on screen ,i have attached along with this mail.
