2+ hours on HOLD ! Where's the service I'm being charged for ? ?

Now at 2 hours, 29 minutes on HOLD... now down from over 570 people waiting on Chat to just 26 - a bloody miracle... And to make it worse, the automated system would not accept number prompts ( Press 1, etc... ) and had to hit the damn button repeatedly to make the little robot advance... Customer service is pathetic, Comcast phone service barely functions and an eternity waiting on phone and computer... Tell me again - what are those high rates we're paying going for ? Certainly NOT service - and then we have to BEG to be reimbursed for Lost Service ?
