web pages won't load
This is an amazing situation that has occurred most of the times I've attempted to shop on amazon. Since I'm not a big shopper. that's only about ten times over the last few years. The first few pages i go to load somewhat slowly, the next few pages I attempt to load do not completely load. Many times I can get one item into my shopping cart, but when I click on a link to the next item, or attempt a search to locate something, the browser tries to load the page for several minutes, and usually loads the first few lines of the page, then stops with most of the page blank. Spometimes hitting "refresh" will load the whole page, often it results in a blank page.
Today I tried to buy a few things and got one of them into the cart, but gave up on trying to get the rest.
To add insult to injury, there is no way to ask for help. The "contact us" page has a menu for other types of problems, and it did not allow me to even contact anyone when I tired some of the menu choices. Could not find any other way of contacting anyone, had to use goog;e to fimd some contact numbers where I wasted a lot of time talking to reps thaty had no clue about anything and would not give me any contact info for anyone that could provide answers.
