High speed internet and video on demand have been down in the Flagler Village neighborhood since 6:30 this evening. Comcast is "unaware" of any outages in this area of metro Fort Lauderdale, and therefore cannot do anything other than schedule a tech visit. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age!
