Bank of America switched systems this weekend. After talking to 4 reps, it sounds like the online portal is not linking properly so it will tell you that you do not have an eligible account or an open account. If you call the online ID line, they will not see your open card and will transfer you to the credit card team. The credit card team will verify your card is still open and transfer you back. No ETA on when the issue will be fixed.
