multiple email problems since Saturday 3/14
I found out yesterday that emails I sent over the past 4 days have not been received, but it is inconsistent -- some recipients cc'd on an email got them while others did not. Yesterday when I tried logging into the email website, I got a message that I needed to change my password because it had been "compromised", which I did, but there was no evidence my password had been hacked. I suspect it's the Comcast email system having problems. AND, as many others have complained, I have been unable to connect and download my email to my iPhone over the last few days -- it says "No Mail" and "last updated 12/11/14".
Can someone from Comcast enlighten us all what the problem is?? What is the point of this site recording problems if the website doesn't get the message or respond??
