not receiving comcast e-mail in outlook microsofrt surface

E-mail shut down 5/19/15

Was recieving e-mail then comcast said password not correct.  I made new password & rec'd on i-phone but not on microsoft surface.  Do i need to change password somehow in 'surface'?
