No email since Thursday, 12/11/14

We have not been able to send or receive any email from our Comcast account since Thursday morning 12/11/14. Doesn't work on our home computers, on the comcast website or our phones. Have tried re-entering our passwords, deleting the account and adding it back to our phones, etc. - nothing is working. Please post an update so we know what's going on. Thanks!
