Having same problem, was concerned my accounts were hacked
Appears that the problem with my email is that I moved several months ago and they created a new account...... they didn't transfer the email addresses to the new account and last night it appears they shut down my old account during a clean up process. They are telling me the old email addresses can't be transferred now and have escalated
