No e-mail access for 4 days!?

Twice I have spoken to a Comcast representative who has conveyed the server upgrade process.

Yet 4 days straight with no notification of such activitiy. Twice being informed that this upgrade would be complete and access vwould be restored within 24 hours.

When "paying" for a service, one expects that contract for this service be honored. Though as usual, we as customers have made the payment with no recourse for resolving this issue. Except phone tag with multiple service reps. for 55 minutes of phone time, still transferring again to another rep. Hence a reason why consumers are moving to other providers.
