Cannot get e-mail on my I-pad, phone, or computer. Cannot log into the comcast site because it says my user name or password is not correct. I used it all day yesterday, and did not make changes to password or user name.

I have been having the same problem since about 1am last night... same message too. I am getting nervous and want t figure out if it is Comcast or if I have been hacked.
Same here. Except it's day 5 for me. Haven't been able to send or receive email at all on moble devices or desktop.
I just called and since we moved 2 weeks ago everything was working fine but apparently they didn't move my email and my "grace period expired" I was not informed of this. they own the email for pete's sake! couldn't they have sent an email to the account they were schedule to close to warn me first? She siad it usually automatically moves email too but for some reason it didn't. now it will take up to 72 hours to restore it... but I might lose all my folders. so frustrated right now.
Comcast is giving all kind excuses. I havent been able to access it for over a week. They are telling me it's my phon. Unfortunately I can't access my email from phone , tablet or desktop. They have even said there has not been any reportEd problems.
