I can not access my email. My wifi is fine--I can access other sites (facebook, amazon, google, etc.), but when I go to the xfinity home page and click email, nothing loads. I can not recieve emails on my phone either. This has been going on for 2 days. I really need to get in to my email.

Same thing. For the past 2 days, whenever I sign in to email, it just takes me right back to the Xfinity home page. I have successfully scanned my PC for any malware, browser hijackers, etc. Everything is clean. Please help, I need to access my emails asap!
I cannot receive or send emails from my comcast account on my ipad or computer. Problem just started this evening 2-22-15.
I can not access my email now for two days. I was on the phone with comcast for 2 hours yesterday. I called and they claim they couldn't hear me- so comcast hung up me. Yesterday, Comcast told me to wait
24 hours. Now I should have acces to my email. Well guess what! I DON"T! Please help!
