Can not forward email from iphone and can't retrieve email from website on computer

Somethings wrong ,,, i havn't received email in 24 hours... i get it on my iphone but not my laptop... i unplugged modem etc. an hour ago and reconnected and nothings changed.
Even this post is marked wrong time... i just sent it at 5;22 pm and it is marked as 2;24 pm???????
