Comcast email is nto working porperly. Getting random erros and the email box will not load. When it does, it locks up. Been happening for a week now. The Search within the email box is also not working. Friday and Saturday 9/13 have been the worst. Tried on 2 differnt laptops. What is the deal!?

email woul not load on Sat. evening Sept Sept 13. I is now 8:30 am Sept 14 and service has not been restored/ When will xfinity fix the problem?
Exact same problem. Will not connect to email account on computer or iphone now. Please resolve!

Have not been able to get into email for about 4 days now. Is Comcast working on the problem?
Email still not working here since friday 9/12 .. all my work employees no email.. any word?
What fixed mine was to reset my account password to something new on comcast.net and then change devices to new password.
