Can't access emails for two days

All of my email accounts (business class service) stopped working at the same time. All android, iphone, 3rd party apps, and outlook, all stopped around 5am yesterday (8/4/14).

Comcast tried telling me it was on my end. After changing server addresses all of my company phones are able to access email again, however the only connection OUTLOOK can get is non-encrypted. No Exchange connection is available through OUTLOOK. 

This is BS. I pay to have comcast's business exchange server and everyone in my company depends on it for email, contacts, tasks, calendar, etc. and all they can do it put me through non-sense for over an hour and then finally escalate the matter to their tier 2 team. Not sure they fully understand how much this effects my business. Going on 2 full days of almost zero productivity due to this issue. 

If you are a tier 2 or 3 comcast rep, please fix this and let me know why the hell it happened without any warning to you customers.
