Comcast won't let me sign in.

I've tried numerous times to log into my Comcast account via my computer, tablet and phone. I'm 100% sure I typed in the username and password correctly, but it always comes up with "The username and password entered do not match. Please try again." and I don't know what to do. Is this temporary? How can I fix it?
