5 calls to Comcast. Lower-end Comcast tech help told me the problem is with my computer and got snooty when I insisted it wasn't. The error message says the website (Comcast) is using an unsupported protocol. It's not my computer. I kept pushing and finally upper level tech people admitted there is an email issue. I was put on the "outage list" whatever that is.
