Comcast iphone inbox emails upload only occasionally and other times are stuck loading

This problem has been for the last week. Random uploading of emails. Sometimes I can see new emails and do entices it is a blank page just " loading" all old emails and nothing appears. This is only happening on my iPhone. Not my ipad or desktop.
