Can't Sign-in

I can sign into the mobile app, but not to the web site. I would like to pay my bill but have been warned that you get a $5.99 fee for paying via the app.

I have been able to sign in to My Account, for weeks! I seem to be able to, at this link (http://xfinity.comcast.net/), but when clicking on ANY account tabs, it asked for me to sign in again and again and again and again, without ever going to My Account.
