When I click Sign In, th esite locks up. I just get a blank screen.

Haven't been able to sign into e-mail account all morning. Only thing that shows is an ad for a local furniture company.
Having the same problem - can't sign in to view emails. When you click sign in screen, a screen appears with Haynes furniture ad - no log on box. Problem has been occuring since 7 am.
Exact same problem as two people above me. Ad for Haynes plays and then nothing. Have tried refreshing the page and that did not work either. Just refreshes the ad, Very frustrating when you pay for a service and then cannot us it!!!
Same problem; time now 12 noon and I haven't been able to check emails; hoping their isn't anything terribly important in my inbox; don't understand why we have to deal with ads at all; we pay Comcast for this service already. Ad shows up for Haynes, it plays, thats it; no email access. Hoping it gets fixed soon.
I just sat on the CHAT window for about 15 minutes and finally got through. The tech sent me the link above to click on and it works! Kind of like going in the back door. Not sure why the traditional log-in isn't working. Their webmaster needs to go back and check all the setup codes.
