can't send emails since 6/20

All secondary apps (outlook etc) can no longer connect.  can receive only via Web portal.  can't send or reply or forward since 6/20.  

Call daily with no soultion.  time to dump Comcast and push all to gmail.

Ccome on comcast, 7 days of this crap.  I expect money back!
