why does comcast continue to say not signed in, when trying access email, signed in over and over

I am hoping to get rid of Comcast soon. There is something always wrong with their service and no one can ever really help. I pay outrageous costs for channels I don't use and online services that don't work. It is time to make a change.
I too am having the same problem. All sites connect except for anything related to comcast. I have called them and they run some diagnostics and found nothing. So it's not just you if that makes you feel any better!
I can log in but it always directs me back to the xfinity homepage, its been four days. Called customer service and they could check email from their end. Its not my computer because I've checked on other computers.
