I can't ping web.mail.comcast.net or mail.comcast.net for the past 2 weeks.
My IP address is 69.255.16.209. I can't get to my e-mails on the web but I can on my local Outlook.

Same here, it's been 2 1/2 weeks. Support is useless, supervisors are useless.. switching to Verizon FIOS today !!!! Been a Comcast customer sinced they were known as Roadrunner back in the early 90's. They grew too fast and can't support their infrastructure and have brain dead staff.
